Our whistleblowing information

This form is intended to enable everyone within our organisation to report rule violations - and to do so anonymously and on a confidential level.

The EU has introduced the "Whistleblower Directive" in order to provide special protection for people who want to report rule violations. It obliges companies above a certain size to provide an anonymous reporting channel for information and serves to "protect people who want to report violations of Union law".

This directive ensures that no one has to fear negative consequences as a result of making a report. This includes reports of, for example, data and environmental protection violations, suspected money laundering violations, product and road safety violations, and behaviour that is or is considered to be illegal.

We would therefore like to ask you to inform us anonymously of any violations of rules or laws that you are aware of using the following form. Thank you.
